Minor A Baseball

This program for players with less experience (ages 8-11) is specifically designed to provide a foundation and continued introduction to baseball that is grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals.  Minor A baseball is where the kids learn to pitch, catch, and learn advanced skills.  Minor players ages 9 and up may be drafted to the Major Leagues if they have tried out.

Majors Baseball
Though still instructional, the Major League division is more competitive than the other divisions. Players (ages 9-12) tryout for teams and are drafted based on ability. If a player is not drafted into the Majors, they play at the Minor A level, and may tryout again next season.  12 years olds will automatically be placed on a Majors team.

Tournament Teams are selected from this level of play at the end of the season to participate in the District All Stars Tournament.  The culmination of the International Tournament is the Little League Baseball World Series, featuring teams from around the world.

If a player was drafted onto a Major League division team the previous spring season, they will remain on that team for the remainder of their eligibility, and will not have to try out again.

Intermediate (50/70) Baseball
This division (ages 11-13) offers a transition for players between the standard Little League field size and the Junior/Senior/Big League field size.  Many of the Junior League rules are used such as runners being permitted to lead off bases, runners may attempt to steal at any time, and allowing an on-deck batter.  Specifications: 50-foot pitching distance and 70-foot base paths.

This is a travel division with games scheduled at and vs. surrounding communities.
