Stroudsburg Little League would like to give a tremendously huge shoutout to Steven Blannard from Troop 84 in Sciota whose Eagle Scout projects are now both complete at Creekview Park.

He chose to renovate the existing bullpens and add some new landscaping.

In the bullpens, he replaced all the lumber around the pitching mound, and added netting around the plate area. This area now includes both plate locations for both the majors and intermediate baseball divisions. The area in front of the flag pole is also now home to a baseball field shaped garden consisting of a brick inlay "S" and a live garden behind it.

Countless days and nights through the spring and summer have paid off with an amazing design further making the entrance to the fields look spectacular. (All this while also a member of our Seniors spring baseball program, and other extracurricular school activities.)

THANK YOU Steven (and supervisor Dad) for all the hard work and we hope everyone enjoys his Eagle Scout projects for years to come!
