Winter Workouts

Stroudsburg Little League is proud to offer a brand new winter program!!

We will be offering INDOOR winter workouts for both baseball and softball players ages 8-14. Keep your players active through the long PA winter while keeping their skills sharp with basic fielding mechanics, hitting, pitching, catching and base running.

Workouts will be held at the Twin Pines Camp Gym 1-2 nights a week per sport depending on registration. The fee is $100 for the season running from 11/5 - 2/28, with breaks for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Drop in whenever your sport is offered - as often as you'd like!
